Complaint on 17-Apr-2017 :, spoke with manager. Hats are part of uniform for this stand, but there was an outside group on this date working in the stand, he will ensure that outside groups are aware that they must wear hair restraints. There are utensils for each item on the serving line, and pizza servers for the pizzas, salad is now made in the commissary and taken packaged to each stand. Salad are kept in the walk-in refrigerator until they are placed in the self service unit. On this date they could not make and stock the salads fast enough. Employees on the serving line work on the serving line only. Manager will speak with all employees about food safety before they reopen tomorrow.
