Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed a build-up of grease on the vent hoods and the fire supression system above the deep fryers/grill area. Correction: Please thoroughly clean the grease build-up from the vents and fire suppression system in order to prevent contamination of food and equipment.
