Corrected During Inspection Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. The reach in cooler next to pizza prep line had gasket seals with mold and food debris. Furthermore, food debris along bottom of shelving in cooler. The PIC made note and immediately had an employee begin to clean area of concern.
