Observed a hot holding piece of equipment inoperable. A sign was posted "Out of order" and a work order has been placed for repair. Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order.

Observed a spray bottle not labeled with contents in order to prevent misuse. The kitchen manager verified content and added correct label.
