Observed cooked meat that had been cooled and was being stored in one of the coolers- not sure if cooling on site. Was told that sometimes meat is taken to another facility in Kings island and is cooled there, and reheated at the turkey cart. Turkey cart may need to be changed to a level IV due to cooling and reheating of meat.
