Complaint on 24-Oct-2017 :
Received complaint alleging that on October 22, at approx. 4pm complainant ordered burrito bowl that contained chicken, rice, sour cream, corn salsa and tomato salsa. Complainant became ill before finishing the bowl. Investigation revealed that all food is made fresh daily. Facility keeps temperature logs on cooking and hot and cold holding. Person in charge is trained in level 2 food safety. No other reports of illness have been received by either the health department or the facility.
