The seal on reach in cooler was ripped and in need of repair or replacement. Equipment components are not intact.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Observed a non-functioning bulb along cook line. Furthermore, the PIC mentioned a concern about water gathering in light fixture and she thought that might be why the bulb was out. The information will be given to the director and an investigation will be made regarding possible issue. Note: There was no water in light globe fixture at time of inspection. However, the concern has been noted. Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.

3717-1-06.4(D) / Cleaning ventilation systems, nuisance and discharge prohibition.
The hood exhaust vents were missing along cook line. The PIC stated, "they were pulled to be cleaned and they were waiting for them to be replaced. Note: Did not notice a hood cleaning sticker from precision services on hood exhaust. The stickers were noted on all other hoods throughout park facilities. Will discuss with director. "Ventilation system not maintained."
