Corrected During Inspection Found several utensils not being stored with handles stored in a way that did not prevent food contact surface or lip contact surface from being contaminated. The PIC corrected issue at time of inspection and will display all utensils correctly. Single-service tableware not handled, displayed, or dispensed properly.

Observed several pizza cutters with nicks in cutting edge. The integrity of the cutting edge was compromised. The PIC pulled pizza cutters immediately from use and will replace blades. Equipment components are not intact.
