3717-1-04.8(G) / Kitchenware and tableware - handling.
Observed all utensils that were not prewrapped furnished in a way that did not prevent food contact surface or lip contact surface from being contaminated. The PIC immediately corrected issue at time of inspection and will display all utensils correctly.
Single-service articles or single-use articles and cleaned and sanitized utensils shall be handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of food-contact-and lip-contact surfaces is prevented as described in this rule. Correct By: 08-Aug-2018
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
The spring was observed broke on three compartment sink rinse hose. The hose hung below flood level rim on sink fixture. Note: The PIC placed a work order in for correction. The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair.

The food temperatures checked were within required parameters. Good job! The facility has a level 2 food safety certified person. All employee health policies are kept on file with human resource management. Note: Vomit/Fecal accident instructions and cleanup is conducted by the health and safety personnel.
