Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. The soda nozzles had accumulated grime. To prevent the contamination of beverages, ensure that soda nozzles are cleaned at a frequency which precludes the accumulation of grime. The soda nozzles were removed to be scrubbed clean and sanitized.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. The rear exit door could not be closed all the way and large gaps could allow for the unwanted entry of pests. Repair/replace the door so that it properly closes and creates a weathertight and pest proof seal.
