Observed accumulation of soil residue on nonfood-contact surfaces. Bottom of 2 reach-in coolers in front prep area have soil accumulation.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
