Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed no form of hand washing/sanitizing or gloves at stand. Food employee(s) not able to wash hands in approved handwashing sink or automatic handwashing set up. The PIC will correct immediately before stand is in use.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
The scoops at soft frozen stand were being improperly stored between use. In-use utensils are intermittently stored in a container of water in which the water is maintained at one hundred thirty-five degrees Fahrenheit (fifty-seven degrees Celsius) or with ice stored at forty-one degrees Fahrenheit and the utensils and container are cleaned at least every twenty-four hours or at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. If the utensils are used on foods that are TCS food then clean utensil every four hours. The PIC made note and corrected immediately. In-use utensils improperly stored.
