| The facility is currently only open on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Met with Thu Cao (Store Mgr-PIC) on Friday and verified dates on milk and (TCS) sandwiches, no issues noted. The sinks were set up correctly and the hand sinks were fully supplied and open for use. Observed no issues at time of inspection. |
