Corrected During Inspection Observed accumulation of soil residue on nonfood-contact surfaces. Surfaces behind icee machine nozzles have accumulation on them.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
