Critical Corrected During Inspection The handwashing sink was not easily accessible. Observed bag of dish cloths being left in sink. Correct: bag was removed so sink could be used.
To ensure frequent and proper handwashing, a handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Cold or hot holding equipment did not contain a thermometer, or the thermometer was not correctly placed. No thermometer in reach in cooler.
A properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit.

Corrected During Inspection Observed a handwashing sink without water at the required temperature. Corrected during inspection
To ensure proper cleaning of hands, a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F (thirty-eight degrees Celsius) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
