Comments
The inspection today was to verify concerns due to the following issues: floors not being mopped and swept, counter tops not being cleaned, drink machine fixtures not being properly soaked with mold growing in them. There was also a concern with the walk in cooler. No mold observed on dispensing nozzles. However, the back panel plate that holds the dispensing nozzles had a little mold growth. The PIC immediately had an employee clean and sanitize the area.
