3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Sanitizer buckets were being held next to single use articles. PIC moved all buckets and said will find better method like using plant stands.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Corrected During Inspection In-use utensils improperly stored. Handle of scoop for tender breading was not above the level of food in the tender breading bin.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Chipped red and blue cast iron pots/pans. PIC did say they are getting swapped out at the end of season.
