Critical Corrected During Inspection The blenders used for frozen coffee drinks were only being washed/rinsed/sanitized nightly. To reduce the likelihood of contamination, the blenders will now be cleaned at a minimum of every 4 hours.

3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Tongs used to remove pastries/sandwiches from the toaster were dirty with accumulated food residues. The tongs were removed to be cleaned.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
The gasket on the door of the undercounter cooler at the end of the serving line would pop out when the door was opened and then prevent proper closing of the cooler door. Repair/replace the gasket so that the door can properly close and ensure all contents of the cooler are maintained at the proper temperature.
