Observed accumulation of soil residue on nonfood-contact surfaces. Gaskets on the chest freezer have an accumulation of dip n dots on the gaskets.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
