| Received complaint alleging that the ice machine is open, and people were using their hands to get ice. doors to the ice machines were open. Inspection findings: At the time of the inspection the doors to both rooms where the ice machines are located were closed. Advised management of the complaint and discussed with them the need for the doors to stay shut and signs posted on the doors stating "employee only area". Management was unaware of the situation. |
