Corrected During Inspection Utensil used in hot holding unit is in poor repair and therefore represents a possible physical hazard to food/plastic is loose on the top of the handle.

Corrected During Inspection The wash solution for the warewasher is not clean.
Maintain clean solutions for warewashing at all times. Train employees in food safety as it relates to their assigned duties. Employees washing dishes must be trained how to check that the dishwasher is sanitizing. Dishwashers using heat instead of chemicals to sanitize wares must reach a minimum temperature of at least 180F at the manifold during the sanitizing rinse cycle. The wash water must be checked often and changed when it becomes dirty or cloudy. Employees must never touch the clean sanitized dishes after touching the unclean dishes, but must always wash their hands after touching anything that is unclean/contaminated.
