4-501.11/GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION
Dishwasher is not properly set up to wash, rinsed and sanitize dishes. Water is not hot. Water temperature must be at the proper temperature, according to the manufacturer, during the wash and sanitizing rinse cycles. No residual on the dishes at this time indicating that the unit is not properly sanitizing dishes.
Repair/replace dishwasher.

The dishwasher must be operated according to the manufacturers guidelines. Since the dishwasher is set up to wash, rinse and sanitized it should be operated as such. The water must be hot during the wash, rinse and sanitizing cycles according to the manufacturers operating manual. If the water is not hot enough to remove food and other residual from the dishes they will not be properly sanitized.
