Critical Corrected During Inspection No sanitizer is detected in the dishwasher.
Rewash dishes in the 2 compartment sink -wash and rinse, sanitize dishes in a container of hot water with a "unscented" bleach concentration of [50-100]ppm. Allow a 10 second contact time, and air dry. Resanitize all wares that were run through the dishwasher today. Manager said according to nightly log the dishwasher was sanitizing last night.
