| NOTE: The small walk in freezer has significant ice build up below the cooling unit. (Pictures available on files). Verified with manager that there is a work order to have the unit examined and repaired. Estimated time is within 1-2 weeks of Mach 30th, 2022. Temperature is holding well. NOTE: The large walk in freezer is in good condition, one box of products was tipped over onto the floor, make sure all food is properly stored above the floor and/or on pallets throughout the day. NOTE: The sliding top for the potato freezer chest has an abundance of frost / ice build up making it difficult to operate (slide/open) the sliding cover correctly. |
