Separate raw animal foods from ready-to-eat foods and produce during storage, preparation, holding and display. Raw chicken was moved to the bottom shelf, eggs were moved to be above the raw chicken, and buckets of sour cream and guacamole were moved to the top shelf of the WIC. Correct By: 13-Feb-2024
