Observed ambinet at 46F on middle shelf. Salsa in unit were out of temperature but operator stated they were made at 8:00am this morning. 5-403.12/OTHER LIQUID WASTES AND RAINWATER Condensation water is draining into a bucket in 3 door reach-in unit on top shelf. Observed the condensation line was filled indicated drainage was blocked. Condensate drainage and other non-sewage liquids (including rainwater) must be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to LAW. Restore condensation drainge to self evaporation unit.
