Ensure that food employee avoid bare hand contact with exposed ready-to-eat (RTE) foods. Use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, non-latex single-use gloves or dispensing equipment. Employee put burrito aside, donned new gloves, and remade burrito.
