Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed syrup bottles at the clean dishrack that is not easily cleanable. Bottom of bottle was burned and discolored, which created small holes throughout bottom.
Nonfood contact surfaces must be free of unnecessary ledges, projections and crevices and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. Repair or replace to meet these requirements. PIC had item tossed out. Correct By: 30-Aug-2022

Core Item Corrected During Inspection The cook line walls, floor, and prep surafces are not cleaned on a high frequency basis. Observed debris on service window surface, toaster area, and throughout floor.
Clean the non-food contact surfaces of equipment on a frequent basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues. PIC stated he is working on increasing cleaning and will try to get someone just for cleaning. Correct By: 30-Aug-2022
