Comments

NOTE - Renovations of spray park.
NOTE - Water channel observed by 4 single sprays (west side) that crosses over dry walkway - Add cement to prevent water from crossing onto sidewalk. Contractor added cement after inspection on 27-Jun-17 and the channel had less flow. Requires more cement to fully stop the water.
NOTE - Four-way spray head at east side of park to be adjusted (or changed) to prevent water from travelling onto dry sidewalk.
NOTE - Perimeter drain edges have been ground to a smooth finish (except for one). Ensure gap between drain covers is kept to a minimum in order to prevent possible tripping or entrapment hazard (i.e. fingers or toes).
-Cement added to metal cover @ north side of dry deck as requested on 27-Jul-17 inspection. Thank you.
-Red benches have been installed, secured & siliconed.
NOTE - Ensure water spray from features does not cause the dry deck to become wet. This may cause the grass to become wet and muddy, which may then be tracked into spray park.
NOTE - Clarify water connection from the leisure centre to spray park and what activities from the leisure centre affect the spray park's pressure - Ensure any potential cross-connections have an appropriate cross-connection device.

***Spray park is approved to operate***
