Reviewed microblading procedures with the esthetician that will be providing the service. Ensure that blades are within the expiry date. Note: new shipment that arrived today has expired. Ensure hands free garbage can with lid and that the sharps container is in the room where the service is being provided. Ensure that the overhead lamp is covered with a disposable cover to prevent contamination when moving it during the service. Ensure that the cart that contains items not used for this service are covered or removed from the room when providing the microblading. Ensure that all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected with an approved disinfectant after the service. Ensure that blades and handles are disposed of after service in the sharps container.
