Replace expired Preempt CS 20 ( expired in august ). Owner is explaining that she used bleach for cleaning the equipment - however, please ensure that high level disinfectant are in use as per manufacture instruction. Please in the following year, schedule painting of the ceiling tiles - to be completed by next year inspection.
