Observation: 1. Bakery rack with cooling loaves of bread located too close to handwashing station.
2. Ice formation observed in walk-in freezer. Icicle directly above box of product.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Relocate bakery rack away from handwashing station. If food is to be stored directly next to handwashing station, a solid divider will be needed. Divider needs to be made of a material that is durable, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable.

- Under 4 door preparation stations.

All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

No pest activity observed at time of inspection.
