Observation: One mouse observed caught in a trap in the spice storage room. A few droppings noted on top of a plastic container on the floor in this room as well. Supervisor informed that a mouse was caught in September but none since today. No other droppings noted in other areas of the kitchen and storage rooms.
Corrective Action(s): Mouse discarded. Reset the trap in the spice storage room. Trap observed in large dry storage room but not set - reset this trap as well. Continue to monitor for mouse activity with physical traps and ensure all staff are aware of what mouse droppings look like and how to properly clean them (spray 1:10 (bleach:water) and let it soak for 5 minutes, wearing gloves wipe up with paper towel and discard).
