Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-DCFRPA: > Droppings have been cleaned from the previously identified areas. Entry points have been patched (under the 2 compartment sink, behind the dry storage rack). Not seeing anymore new droppings as of now. > Required cleaning has been done. > The front prep line is now less cluttered. Items are stored above the floor. No longer storing personal belongings between equipment. > Gasket around the walk-in cooler door has been taped back down. Reminder to staff: this is a temporary measure only. The long term solution is to fully replace the gasket piece unless a new door is required. > Manager sent the November and December pest control reports to EHO for review. Pest control contract is in place now with Terminix, not Abell as previously stated.
