Corrective Action(s): Pool records must clearly indicate what actions have been taken. (ie: Addition of chemicals and amounts/addition of water, etc and any corrective action. (ie: Notified on site caretaker.) Alkalinity and Acid must be tested and recorded.

- Flow meters are noted/functioning. Currently ~88 gpm.
- Area is to be kept clean and organized. Store all items in designated areas (ie: Separation of chemicals - items to be kept off of floors.)
- Entrance doors noted secured.

- Chemical Parameters:
- Pool Temperature: 103.1 F. Maintain at or below 104 F.
- Free Chlorine: ~ 6.0 ppm/ Total Chlorine: ~6.0 ppm / Combined Chlorine: 0.0 ppm.
- pH: 7.8
- Alkalinity: ~ 80 ppm.
- Hardness: ~ 50ppm (Recommended levels 200 - 400)
- Cya: ~50 ppm Maintain below 80 ppm.
CYA has been noted and is required to be logged in pool records.

- Water clarity is good.
- Depth markings are noted.
- Handrails are secured. Step markings are noted in contrasting color.
- Hot water temperature: Ok.
- User signage and rules are noted and posted prior to entrance of the swimming pool deck and entrance.
- Lifeguards are NOT on site. Safety equipment are also present. (reaching pole with shepherds hook/throwing ring)
- General sanitation is good.
- Pool decks/walkways are to be kept clean and organized. All unused items are to be removed. Emergency exits are to be kept free of debris.
Pool Cover is to be stored away from Pool edge. (minimum 4 feet unobstructed walk way around pool edges.) Relocated during inspection.
- Pool Safety Plan is to be kept on site. Ensure all staff are properly trained.

Fraser Health approval to reopen has been granted.
