Temperature of cooler is at 4 C upon opening hours but cooler is unable to maintain that temperature once in use. Corrective Action(s): Service or replace cooler so that it is at 4 C at all times. In the interim, place ice packs in cooler and only store potentially hazardous foods in this cooler for a maximum of 2 hours (cumulative). Cooler is only to be stocked right before lunch service (11:35 AM - 12:20) and emptied immediately after. Note, this is a repeat violation. Correct by November 21, 2022. Violation Score: 3
