Introduction

A scheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practise (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance. A risk screening was done prior to entering the facility. A Covid 19 audit was completed at this facility on January 12, 2021.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated February 5, 2021, there were 4 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. A detailed discussion was had with the Manager regarding cleaning, sanitizing and hand washing. All are in place for the facility. The inspection report and risk assessment were written at the licensing office. Copies will be emailed to the Manager.
