Observation: One door of the pizza prep cooler observed with an inadequate seal. Operator stated that work order is in place and that the technician will be coming today or tomorrow to inspect the unit.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust or repair the seal such that it can provide a tight seal for the cooler door.

Routine Inspection
- All cooler units registered temperatures at or below 4 deg C
Note: front cooler unit was not able to maintain 4 deg C, but the cooler unit was only storing non-potentially hazardous foods (pop drinks only)
- All freezer units registered temperatures at or below - 18 deg C
- No hot holding observed at the time of inspection
- Handwashing station supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Staff washroom handwashing station fully supplied as well
- Two compartment sink available for manual ware washing, drain plugs available
- Food contact surface sanitizer registered at 100 ppm chlorine
- Overall sanitation is adequate
- No signs of obvious pest activity
- FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent requirement met
