ITEMS CORRECTED: - Meat slicer has been cleaned and sanitized. The compartment under the slicer has been fully cleaned. This has been added as an area to routinely clean and sanitize - Four treatments for cockroach extermination have occurred including in crawlspace - Organizing of facility has occurred - removal of additional equipment observed ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Continue with services of Pest Control - Continue to monitor - Ensure staff alert Management for any observations of pest activity NOTE: Two live and two dead cockroaches observed today. Infestation continues however much reduced since previous inspection. Significant improvements in overall pest activity relative to the last inspection.
