ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Main Freezer #30 has been repaired. Ambient air temperatures measured to be at -18 degrees Celsius inside the unit.
- Dishwasher was checked again. Final rinse at the plate measured to be 71 degrees Celsius

NOTE: Dishwasher was running upon arrival of EHO. EHO had to run dishwasher three times before temperatures of 71 degrees Celsius were achieved. The dishwasher will continue to require monitoring to ensure internal rinse temperatures are achieved and maintained at temperatures at or above 71 degrees Celsius. If temperatures are NOT achieved staff are required to alert supervisors immediately and emergency protocols are to be implemented.
