Deep cleaning has been done. Walk-in cooler shelves, counter tops, & storage shelves are well done (cleaned and organized). All food is stored safely at the time of inspection. Scoops are stored safely at the time of inspection. All hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Washroom - satisfactory. A knob at 3-compartment sink repaired. Remain item: - A fan hood must be serviced.
