4-501.114 / MANUAL AND MECHANICAL WAREWASHING EQUIPMENT - SANITIZER NOT BEING USED PER MANUFACTURER
Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The sanitizer concentration for chlorine in the 3 compartment sink is at 0ppm.
Use test strips to measure proper sanitizer concentration and adjust the concentration accordingly.
Action Taken: Employee added more bleach. Sanitizer is now proper per manufacturer.

Comments
The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination.
Good personal hygiene practices observed.

There is no need for a follow up at this time.
