2-102.11 (A)(B)(C 1, 4-16)/DEMONSTRATION OF KNOWLEDGE Observed ServSafe Certification was still expired from previous inspection. The person in charge shall obtain certification in Food Safety so they are able to demonstrate knowledge and train employees on proper food safety practices. Correct By: 17-Jan-2023 Action Taken: PIC provided certification.
