Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The sanitizer concentration for chlorine dishmachine in the kitcken area is at 0ppm per test strip.
Repair above noted machine and in the mean while use three compartment sink to sanitize food contact surface.
Action Taken: Dishmachine was repaired by the end of the day. Correct By: 26-Jan-2022

4-601.11 (A) / EQUIPMENT, FOOD CONTACT SURFACES, AND UTENSILS
Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection The deli meat slicer blade visibily soiled with food debris and reisude, the pizza cutter is visibily soiled with dry food debris stored among clean other utensiles, couple of serving plates observed soiled with food residue.
Wash, rinse and sanitize above noted item. Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition.
Action Taken: PIC cleaned above noted items.

4-603.16 / RINSING PROCEDURES

Action Taken: PIC re-arranged above noted three compartment sink.

Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Handsinks being used as a dump and storage sinks in the bar area during inspection and is unavailable for proper handwashing.
Train food employees that handwashing sinks shall not be used for any other purpose than handwashing.
Action Taken: Employee removed objects from noted handwashing sinks and made them available for handwashing. Correct By: 20-Jan-2022

Comments
This is a routine inspection.
The facility fixed 4-501.11 violation from the previous inspection and fixed 4-601.(e) mold like slime in the bar gun nozzles.
