The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. COVID-19 health policy is in place. Facility is clean and organized. Good hygiene practices observed. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Employee demonstrated proper cook off temperatures as well as heating, cooling and re-heating methods. All food is from an approved source. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
