This facility is extremely clean and well organized. Today's inspection performed during BBQ Chicken Dinner (twice a year). Pasties are made and sold once a month. 3rd Monday of the month (8am - 2pm). Food pantry is held Tues/Fri. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper hair restraints and food handling techniques observed. Orkin, a licensed pest control operator, services this facility monthly.No pest activity observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
