Core Item 2-door reach-in cooler located at opposite side of cash register measured at 55F cold-holding temperatures. PIC removed spinach and sliced tomatoes into the far right unit 2-door reach-in cooler.
Maintain equipment in good repair. Verify it holds at 41F or below before storing any foods that are potentially hazardous foods. Correct By: 13-Apr-2018

Observed good employee hygiene: clean uniforms, hair restraints, hand-washing, and glove usage. Storage organized and off the floor. All units have thermometers.
