This facility is clean and organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Proper glove use and hair restraints observed. Proper cooling methods described regarding pot roast. Excellent separation of raw meats and eggs from ready to eat food. There are no violations to report at this time.
