The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a non-operational inspection of the facility. Covid-19 health policy is in place and executed per MDHHS Health Orders. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. Equipment is capable of proper cold holding temperatures of 41F or less. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration is used per manufacturer. Hand washing sink readily available and stocked. No TCS food were being stored during todays inspection. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
