This was a routine inspection. The facility was clean and organized. I observed proper hygiene practices. Hot and cold holding temperatures were correct. No violations were cited today. Observed can opener with food debris and PIC cleaned on site. Shalatoi will email me a copy of her ServSafe that is up to date.
